Preparing for your interview experience
You will be on your way to a successful interview experience by completing the steps below. Please note that all times listed are in Central Time.
- Upload your interview photo and choose your interview date at mdapply.washu.edu. We ask that you plan to be available from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on your selected date. You will have two Zoom faculty interviews scheduled on the date you choose. You will receive an email approximately two business days prior to your interview date with your specific interview times and the names of your assigned interviewers.
- Watch the Welcome video and Gateway Curriculum video.
- Check out the Virtual Interview Day packet that you received in the mail. Packet items are also available on our website.
- Attend one of the virtual Dean’s Greeting sessions. These sessions are offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:30-5 p.m. CT via Zoom. Casual Dress. Please note that there will not be a Dean’s Greeting session on the following dates: 11/24, 12/22, 12/23, 12/29, 12/30.
- Attend one of the optional Meet the Students forums. These forums are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8 p.m. CT via Zoom. Casual Dress. Please note that there will not be a Meet the Students session on the following dates: 11/26, 12/22, 12/24, 12/29, 12/31.
- View our self-guided virtual campus tour. Get to know our WashU Medicine Campus and St. Louis by taking a self-guided virtual tour.
- Attend one or more of the optional Why WashU Wednesday webinars. These are offered on select Wednesdays from 5–6 p.m., beginning in October. More information to come, list of planned sessions on the Why WashU Wednesday page. Casual dress.
