One of the best features of St. Louis is its low housing cost. The metro area offers a wide range of options for buyers and renters, ranging from historic homes on leafy boulevards to modern lofts in trendy urban districts. Our students find apartments, houses, condos, lofts and short-term housing that range in price from $680 to $2,000 per month, all in the immediate area. The School also operates an on-campus dormitory, Olin Residence Hall.

Visit the Dis-Orientation Guide for our students’ comprehensive guide to finding housing in St. Louis.
