Amanda Zofkie, MD

Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Amanda Zofkie, MD, is an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. Zofkie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and medical school training at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her OB-GYN residency at UT Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, and stayed at the same institution for her maternal-fetal medicine fellowship. 

Zofkie’s clinical and academic interests include infectious diseases in pregnancy, maternal medical optimization, preconception counseling, and labor management. She has a passion for medical education. 

Outside of medicine, Zofkie enjoys watching critically acclaimed movies, overly enjoys awards season, reads New York Times bestselling novels, is an avid home chef, and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog.
