The total cost of education includes tuition, a health fee, a general student fee and estimated living expenses. The health and general student fees include health care coverage, hospitalization or disability insurance and access to public transportation.
Tuition stabilization plan
Transparency is important to us. Tuition, merit scholarships and need-based scholarships are fixed and stabilized to help you and your families plan for educational expenses. In other words, your tuition will not increase from year one, for up to five consecutive years (allowing one year for research or a master’s degree). This means you’ll have an estimated upfront cost of your WashU Medicine education before making your enrollment decision.
Health and general student fees are subject to change annually. You’ll have the option to apply for additional aid if your financial situation changes during your time at WashU Medicine.
