Manasa Metireddy, MD, is an assistant professor of Nephrology at Washington University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree NTR University of Health Sciences in South India and completed Internal Medicine residency in Baltimore and Nephrology fellowship at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology, Dr. Metireddy’s focus is to care for patients with kidney disease in various settings including hospitals, clinics and dialysis units. She serves as a medical director to a Home dialysis unit as well as a Hemodialysis unit run by the Nephrology division at Washington University. Dr. Metireddy is passionate about patient education, improving home dialysis uptake and overall outcomes in patients with kidney disease. In addition, she takes care of veterans with kidney disease at John Cochran VA system. In her free time, she likes to cook and travel.
