Off-campus housing
Near campus
The Washington University affiliate Quadrangle Housing Co. offers university-owned rental apartments in the neighborhoods immediately surrounding Washington University’s medical and Danforth campuses.
Apartment Referral Service (ARS) is a part of the Quadrangle Housing family designed to make that transition seamless and stress-free. It serves as a housing alternative to Quadrangle Housing while also offering opportunities for students to connect with potential roommates and list their apartments as sublets during away rotations and similar transitions.
Since ARS is a university-supported resource, it connects incoming medical students with vetted housing options across the St. Louis area. This service eliminates the uncertainty of searching for housing in an unfamiliar city by offering personalized guidance, curated listings, and direct support providing the unique needs of the medical students.
