On-campus housing
The Core Apartment Residences offer fully furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments right on the Washington University Medical Campus. This complex of historic buildings, named on the National Register of Historic Places, opened as the Core in summer 2018 after being renovated into modern living spaces with ample amenities. The complexes are home to a great hall, library, courtyards, common spaces, a fourth-floor terrace with beautiful views, a fitness room, and game, music, study and media rooms. Each unit has its own washer, dryer and kitchenette. Common kitchens offer additional gathering and socializing spaces.
