Anthony Dao, MD
Anthony Dao, MD, is an instructor of internal medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. He grew up in Dayton, Ohio and completed his undergraduate and medical school education in the combined BS/MD program at the Northeast Ohio Medical University in Akron. After completing residency training in internal medicine at Washington University/Barnes Jewish Hospital, he joined the Division of Hospital Medicine as a hospitalist, where he co-leads resident education. He later joined the Division of General Medicine as a Primary Care Medicine Clinic attending. He became one of six associate directors for the Internal Medicine Residency Program, where he leads the Education Subcommittee in the Program Evaluation Committee. He is also the Director of OUTmed, WashU’s SOM LGBTQIA+ advocacy group.
